Orchid's eyes narrowed, both in betrayal and anger, "How dare you." she said easily low. It was not loud, or a growl or even meant to send chills down anyone's spine. It was filled with hurt and anger. "She knows where I live, I never turned my back on her. She walked away from me." She explained, "And it may be killing the both of us but I will not go to the den they share." She wanted to tell him to butt out, she wanted to yell and thrash at him but it was Cross Fire, she wasn't ever forceful with him or her children as they did, as they pleased as they walked away and said their words. "As she chose her path, I accepted mine. If you won't train me I'll continue to go to Bandido."
Orchid had become clear in this moment, there would be no deals made when it came to her heart, there would be no pulls here only if she did this. What went on between she and Ceto was between she and Ceto, "She is as much your daughter as mine as anyone elses who's had a hand in raising her. I will never push her away, I couldn't there is to much of my heart already entwined in her life force, but if you cannot understand why I cannot go there then I can't fix that." She said
She truly could kill Rouv on sight and if she had been at that den she would...and risk being in trouble for killing a pack member and pushing Ceto even further away...she could not force her daughter to be what Orchid wanted her to be it had to be on her own four paws and any action taken would do nothing but make it worse, make it so she could never see her grandchildren in the first place, where now there was the lightest of hope.
