Orchid was waiting for Midnight Rei to answer when there was a terrible cry from where the pups were sleeping. The other two was settled sleeping but the little white one...Lutra was moving about looking for momma. Orchid pushed her head forward trying not to disturb the others but get to Lutra quickly. She picked the pup up in her maw and moved Lutra to the front of her...giving loving kisses all over and cleaning her of the cold air she'd just been in contact with...and warming with her body and tongue. "There...mama's here Lutra." she said to the pup...still blind. Hopefully being close to Orchid would help Lutra calm down.
