Cross Fire sighed listening to the ladies talk. He indeed was old even his youngest grandchildren were having children of their own by the sounds of it. The emerald eyes watched the small group and head on his paws just watched and listened that was all he could do, least with this topic.
Armony was pleased to hear Rei's words and her tail waved, "I really do hope so. You know he's so quiet and solitary at times I was worried he wouldn't want the little ones around him." She joked lightly feeling a bit ashamed that she even thought that he wouldn't take them. Her attentions turned to Orchid and she gave a nervous smile, "A few weeks.. well very soon, and I only just started poking out." She admitted. "We haven't talked about it at all that's why I was so nervous, it wasn't really planned." At Orchid's next words Armony shook her head lightly, "Well I don't think he has to be honest, I've been running around so much lately and my fur is so think that its not really surprising." She gave a little shrug and looked towards the den's entrance she was ready to run out right now and tell him and with a nod she looked at the other faes around her. "I'm going to tell him, I feel bad keeping it from him so long, so I'm not going to wait another second." She explained with a smile. "Thank you both." She gave a bow and rushed out of the den back towards the battle for alpha.
