The copy growled as it felt the pressure of Seg's weight falling on him, face hitting the ground. Seg's teeth penetrated his scruff, a burning sensation telling the brute that poison had entered his body. Before the bite could be held for too long, the large black wolf shook free, feeling his skin tear a bit. Rolling to his back, the copy kicked out at Seg with his powerful hind legs.

The original Black Rain gave a quick glance around, needing to regain his barings from his fall. His icy blue eyes caught Seg's snatch of his copy's scruff and the brute darted toward them as the copy rolled over on the ground. Eyes fixed on the copy, a small amount of fire flared up from the ground where his wound was on the back of his neck. There was a yelp from the copy as the flesh sizzled and cautorized immediately. Hopefully the amount of poison that wasn't burned off wasn't enough to severely damage the shadow wolf. Switching his attention to Seg, Black Rain parted his jaws, icy blue eyes narrowing as a powerful stream of ice burst from his maw aimed for the other brute's chest.
