Orchid lay listened to CF and Asante. She knew Asante was optimistic and would love her...did he knew that Seg never liked him? It was something she'd never told anyone she could tell from the way he treated Asante, Orchid wondered if that was why Asante took to her more than Seg...but he never did disobey his father...that was good. Looking over to CF he took chances for love, lots of them many choices bad but he never would have known if he hadn't made those bad choices FR would have never been here if he hadn't. Lots of things lead them all here and there was no real key for the answer, "Only time will tell. The things he said hurt I will need some time." she said...this mostly to herself not really talking to anyone just to herself...she needed time even after what ever happened outside happened. "No thank you CF I am fine, I have a dragon now a duality, Ali-Amal would hunt for me if need be, and there is Alvise, Cealia's dragon circling above." She didn't want anyone in there to go anywhere she just wanted to make sure they were all safe. She did not say Asante would hunt because every sense he'd come back from exile she'd been afraid that one day he wouldn't return home.
As the others came into the den she heard Armony first, "Oh Armony, It's never a bad time" she said she didn't have that luxury of bad times...it had to always be a good time. She smiled happy to see the young lover come to visit her, "Yes of course come...lay by me. What is it?" She asked her tail wagging to welcome the fem. Orchid took a few seconds to let out a bark telling any dragon she personally knew to kill a large buck for the gathering maybe feeding everyone would help ease some nerves.
Before she could return her attention to Armony, Midnight Rei and Anubis had come in. She listened to Rei, "Oh you should all stop thinking you do not belong here...you are family no matter what you belong here." She said in response any family of her brother and sister was indeed family to her. "Now come join us all here...maybe the pups will crawl on you." she joked trying to at least make all her guests feel warm and welcomed after all large gatherings and pack meetings were what it was built for...easily fitting about 15 or so wolves inside...not to mention tall enough for a dragon...still the only dragon being allowed in was Asante. "I have someone bringing food shortly we could all eat while we talk."
Cealia lifted her sadden head at Anubis' address. She wanted so badly to go. "Mama, can I Its just to talk."
Orchid had just spoke to Cross Fire about this...she didn't want to but she knew she had to, "Sure go ahead, but please be sure you are ready for what ever it is you may see."
Cealia was not going to see the fight she didn't want to see her uncle and father tear each other apart she was glad to have someone else to walk with her, "Yes! Let's go out the back" She said showing him to the rear entrance since the front was being flooded with guests. She slipped through the rather large opening...round and just big enough for a grown brute but big and roomy for Cealia's slender frame. "Thank you." she said to Anubis as she got out and turned to help him even though she was sure he wouldn't need it.
