Seg only smiled back at his betas remarks. "Oh i remeber Xiose. In in my mind i wanted her to be beta but she died before i made her Beta." Seg frowned at the thought. Dray had loved Xiose more then anyone, noone knew what had really happened to her. "I did have a Beta named Bardock, but he died not long after he took the position. He was like a father to me." Seg's face grew sad as he remeberd carring Bardocks body to the prayers grounds.
"I will call the pack because i will not fight you for anything. Brothers shouldnt fight, and i am deely upset by your actions." Seg looked around, most of the pack was appearing anyways. There would be no need to call them.
Hearing Saiyan speak out he twitched a ear to her. His memory of her only came back at her scent and it was very faint.
"Yes i remeber you. I offered you to stay when i was only a pup. You were here before i was. But once you were Beta you dissapeared and this is the first i have seen of you since." Seg didnt get why this old she-wolf came back to the ice lands now, just to butt in? Had word gone across wolf mountain so fast that everyone had heard about Black Rains challenge. Seg snorted and looked at Lucien.
"You are releaved of your duties as Beta Lucien and i thank you for filling in. The real Beta has finally come home. Although it looks like he dosent want his position back."
Seg took a deep breath. It would do no good to get angry. Black Rain was obviously going to push this as far as he could. Tilting back his head Seg let out his familiar call. Calling all the members to him. They had matters to discuss.
