Kipcha, with Vala on her wing, nodded slowly. Vala the falconess spoke up first. "Yes, Toric has been revived. That red wolf you saw is Redd, Toric's mate, and the fox is Bandido. They are going to go after Letat. Redd for killing her mate, and Bandido for plotting to kill Tazendure."
Hayden was next. "Yes, Wolfy is safe now. She is under the protection of many." Hayden shook slightly. "No one will be bothering her anytime soon. Lestat almost had her, too. He was going to use a blessing to decapitate her, but Wolfy used the rock blessing, and was able to escape certain death."
At FR's question, Kipcha looked back quickly to see Argo with the dragon. "It is not Lestat's directly. It belongs to one of the wolves under Bandido. I guess I hit it too hard. Let's leave Argo to take care of it. We wouldn't want to frighten it."
