Kage smiled at Hayden and nuzzled her back. He noticed the way she held herself from her excitement and took it to mean she was hurt. Although it didn't look too bad, Kage made sure his lick on her cheek was ginger and soft.
His gaze shifted to Flaming Rose, then Kipcha. The reunion would have to wait until later. He was still a soldier, and spy if needed.
