The zinc brute walked to join the group filling in around the familiar onyx wolfess. He hadn't seen her around here before, but the sight of his mother-in-law, Kipcha, pleased him. He was happy she was safe.
With Kipcha's presence, Kage wondered where Hayden was. He hadn't seen her is months and was worried for his mate. He had thought that she might be with her mother during this time of war, but apparently not. Kage turned to Seg, thinking it best to tell him of his friends' whereabouts.
"Black Rain and Daughter^of^Darkness went back to their pups, neither are wounded. Cloud wandered off after his battle with Taboo with minor injuries, but he's a tough wolf and can handle himself."
Kage himself looked unharmed. His part in this war was silent, he was to listen, and that's what he had done.
