"Buckshot" was a beautiful Appaloosa named Inky, purchased by grandpa, (Fat Jones), from a circus, he had been used as a "rosinback". He was a steady animal and was in Across the Wide Missouri, (as the indian girl's horse), Jimmy Stewart's horse in the movie Broken Arrow, and then onto the Wild Bill Hickock Series. I don't know what happened to him after the series ran out.
