Let's hope that they will be able to build up an immunity to these things and go on to maturity. What a picture this is of many christians, who having received the Word of Truth and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour, receive the onslaught of Satanic attack to prevent them from going on to 'know' the Lord in all His fulness, and bear fruit. My sister is 12 years older than myself and came to know the Lord at the age of 17 as her Saviour in a Billy Graham rally, went on to receive very little teaching or instruction in the Word of God. Married, had children and brought them up and reached the age of 70 before being woken up by the Holy Spirit to receive the ingrafted Word, now a year later she is rejoicing in the joy of discovering Christ as her Head and the wonder of the Hope laid up in Heavenly places in Him. I came to know the Lord at the age of 12 years, and came into the knowledge of right division during my thirties, and then into the knowledge of Christ as my Head. During those years I had no idea that my sister even knew the Lord as Saviour, but the truth was dormant all that time, until the light dawned. Praise His Name! I would share with her, and talk about the Lord with her with little response, but now we are truly 'sisters in the Lord'. Able to mutually edify each other (there is no one else). I will be seeing her today, and we are going over to a place called 'Trelewis', near Caerphilly to visit a dear lady who is 92 years of age, and as bright as a button, who studies the truth rightly divided daily, all alone - for there is no one else, near by, who wants to know dispensational truth. So today we shall be sharing the truths of God with one another, and celebrating His great provision in and through His precious Son. What a joy! Your Sister in the Lord
