Israel were driven out and scattered over the face of the earth, weren't they, but there is no mountain too high or no water too deep for the Lord to find them (Praise God). The 'outmost parts of heaven', well to our ears it sounds a little like 'To infinity and beyond' (sorry - 'Toy Story' has a lot to answer for!!Ha) This as you can see is my own understanding and feeble at that, but Praise God - He knows.
