It is true that we are not told in the prison epistles when the appearing will take place. But we are told in II Thess. 2:8 that when Christ comes (parousia) the antichrist will be destroyed. How will he be destroyed? By the epiphenia, i.e. the brightness which is one aspect of Christ's parousia. Logic demands therefore, that the epipheneia will occur at the same time as the parousia. That is to say, if the antichirst is destroyed by the epipheneia, at the time of the parousai, that tells us that the epipheneia must be at the parousia. I can't think that this is not true just because it is not written in a prison epistle. Christ will come, and when He does, the brightness of His coming will destroy the antichrist. That's what Paul tells us in II Thess. 2:8. You also wrote, "They that are Christ's" mentioned in 1Cor 15:23 are the overcomers from the tribulation are they not?". No, I don't believe that is true. Let me explain. There is nothing in the context about the tribulation. Also, verses 22-23 speak of those in Adam. All human beings are in Adam, that means that what is written here concerns every human being, i.e. they all die. The Paul goes on to speak of all in Christ. All believers in every dispensation are in Christ. Therefore, what is written of those in Christ must apply to us in the present dispensation as we too are in Christ and belong to Him. In short, given that Paul says that all in Christ and who belong to Christ will be raised at the coming of Christ, I must conclude that because those of us who are members of the church which is His body are in Christ, and belong to Christ, we too will be raised at His coming. In Him,
