Please do not misunderstand. I agree that there was a change in dispensations at Acts 28, but I do not agree that the quote of Is. 6 is the sign of it. That is to say, there is such a thing as precedence. If the first two qoutes of Is. 6 did not lead to a dispensational change, that sets a precedence for no change with the third time. I'm just saying that in my opinion, we in the Acts 28 community should re-examine verse 28 as the dispensational boundary. As you may know, I believe that verse 25 is the boundary. In Christ,
