That means that all believers will be resurrected by the time the millennial kingdom is set up. We know that for the millennium, the Land of Israel will be occupied by the 12 tribes of Israel and by those Gentiles who were part of Israel or grafted in. So there is no place for those of the dispensation of the mystery in the Land of Israel. We know that outside the Land will dwell unbelievers who will be alive at the second coming. I don't think that the believers of the dispensation of the mystery will be assigned a place with unbelievers. The new Jerusalem does not come down to earth until after the millennium so those of the dispensation of the mystery can't be there for the millennium. Here's the point. If we are going to say that there are those in the dispensation of the msytery that are not members of the church which is His body, where will they live resurrection life? I would like to suggest one reason that we must believe that those who do not understand the mystery are indeed members of the church which is His body.
