So I took a close look at the use of the two words, “ways,” and “acknowledge.” I consulted the Strong’s concordance and Lexicon in detail and finally arrived at the following version of the passage with 2 parenthetical clarifications: In all thy ways [i.e., down the road in your journey or course of life] acknowledge [know and consider] Him, and He shall direct thy paths. If anyone is interested, background information on the meanings and scriptural usage of the two words are given below from Strong’s concordance and Lexicon.
