There is no scripture that says that unbelievers have hope of eternal life. Even if every man was an unbeliever, God Himself is timeless and unchanging and true.
"If we believe not, yet He abideth faithful: He cannot deny Himself".
"What is some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar".
"I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God".
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty".
Great is our Lord, and of great power: His understanding is infinite.
The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
