Posted by Chris Hello there, Can you tell me, is this the Evangelist (John) speaking here, or our Lord. I ask this only because of the use of words 'We' & 'Our'. 'We speak'. 'we do know', 'we have seen' - "our witness'? I have not thought of this before, I just assumed they were the Lord's words, butin 3:13 reference to the Son of Man being 'in heaven' shows that that is direct speech by John.
