(Ecc 12:7) I have seen on more than one occasion that pointing out such a certain and fundamental truth as this to one who puts his trust in man's churches brings out much ire. The belief in the mortal soul is like a great divide between believers and nonbelievers. The "immortal soul" is Satan's first recorded lie, "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die" This lie has endured nearly 6,000 years even though it can be proved in error by hundreds of scriptures. Is this not amazing? Man certainly depends on God to open his eyes. We have been chosen by the merciful One - let us give thanks!
