It is nice to be able to share studies and questions with those who share the same hope. There are Bible conferences in seversl states across our country. I have attended a few. There have usually been around twenty people, maybe a few more. Everyone I have met is someone with whom there is an easy and confortable repoire. We are truly part of a unified group.

We have no way of knowing how many other believers there may be around us. My experiences are the same as yours, always either one or a few. Since the church which is his body is invisible, without fanfare, has no earthly building, only God knows who are His.
