Eph 5:8 Followed by: "But now" are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light. Col 3:5-10 Followed by: "But now" ye also put off all these, and seeing that "ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man" What a relief this is to read and understand.
