I've been more or less out of racing for health issues the past couple of years, but am about to launch myself into a comeback year, presently building my aerobic base. The Great Race 10K is awesome, or so I thought when I ran it a few years ago (in about 37min), and would like to do it - the 10K - again this year. In 2006, my last good racing year, I was averaging 5:53 to 6:00 in the ten mile to 15K distance, and 5:43 mile average in the spring 4miler in Binghamton; but unlikely to be there now.
If not with Paul Tomblin, I would still like to get myself on some long course team for this year's Great Race. I am a 52 yo male.
Paul - it's hard to believe anyone can paddle so fast!

: I'm currently doing 5 mile time trials in 50
: minutes, 40 minutes for the first four
: miles, which would put me in the top 10 in
: last year's results. Looking for a runner
: and biker for the long course.
