Are you still looking for a runner?
I live in Rochester...am a very fit 51 year old and an avid runner. My best 10K is around 47 minutes..not sure if I can do it now since I have
turned to trail running as opposed to road.
If you are not real serious and just need a teammate...i grew up in Auburn...AHS grad..and just would love to be on a team for a good time !!
