No, there is no DukesFest this year. Only John or WB has the rights to a DukesFest and there is no DukesFest this year.
There are two events being planned by others. Here is where to go to get info on those events.
Smoky Mountain Fan Fest
Some cast members are going to be there. There will be a Merle Haggard concert. It's being put on by Smokies baseball and First Class Productions.

A few cast members are going to be there. There will be a huge stunt show. This is being put on by the Hazzard County Stunt Team.
