Hi everyone! Hey Tiffany, just a suggestion, too, but did you plan to use the remote control general everyday? As in, do your kids (if you have them) love it and use it all the time? If not, and you wish to keep it safe, it might be better being just kept on display safe in the original box. That's what I have done with mine; it has only had a couple of trial runs since I have had it, and they were both indoors on the carpet. I know some people prefer to play with them and use them all the time, but some also prefer to keep them as a collectible instead. Hope you can get it fixed, mate.....
