Its according to my PDA 12:15am where you are. Here in Chicago or the midwest its 7:15am. If I am guessing I think Gail is also on the same time as I am until this weekend when we change clocks for the spring and summer. I am venturing to guess after this Sunday Gail will be one hour behind this. So I hope this helps you out.
