Learning the 5 String Long Neck Banjo

I'm looking for books or videos on how to play the 5 string long neck banjo for folk styles (Pete Seeger, Kingston Trio, etc.). Any information or websites would be appreciated. If no published material, how did you learn the long neck 5 string? (If you play) Thanks a lot.
