But to be honest, I think it might have a lot to do with writing police reports for thirty years. You have to have a good eye for detail and be able to put it all in writing. And ten years as a boss and having to review reports, edit them, send them back if they're not up to snuff, has made me very careful with proofreading my posts too, though some sutff sneaks through now and then.

: Rick, You should review movies, plays, tv
: shows, do some op-ed stuff, brother...
: you've got a knack for "the rant"!
: I read every word, and loved it. You have a
: way with a keyboard.
: I'm serious, if it's this "new"
: Trio, or anything you need to say brother,
: you should try it. You have a way with words
: especially, if it's a subject that comes
: from your heart or gut. Try it. You may find
: a new outlet, or hobby.
: Just my opinion.

: And listened to some of that radio interview
: from the other day. I'm surprised I made it
: past their sad attempt to sing Flowers.
: Awful! Are these guys kidding? There's no
: life to the song. Few harmonies, okay, maybe
: it was the mic placement but you couldn't
: hear guitar runs between verses IF there
: were any, Josh sounded bad, Marvelous Mike
: just can't sing, and somewhere in the past I
: remember someone writing that Gorelangton
: had the best voice of the three, well, he
: can't sing either. This is really a sad way
: for the Kingston Trio that we all grew up
: with and know and love has to end. And as I
: said over on Crossroads, and I was
: apparently right, this is just another
: interview with them patting themselves on
: the back for being the best Trio since NBJ
: retired. Give it up Josh. You guys are
: losers in so many ways.
