Posted by Renee Bodie Concerts at the Bodie House in Agoura Hills presents a special evening of music and song featuring: What do you get when you cross Bonnie Raitt with Janis Joplin? You'd have a good description of the truly amazing CAROLINE AIKEN. Her musical biography reads like a journey through the post Woodstock annals of rock and folk. After 30+ years of performance under her belt, Caroline says "Now it feels like flying." She has served as an inspiration for a generation of artists, including the Indigo Girls. Her live performances are astonishing and she is known for her ability to "Jaw drop a crowd" with her soaring dark hued voice, spellbinding guitar work and her powerful stage presence. Caroline graces her songs of loss, love and regeneration with penetrating awareness and frank eroticism. (Tacoma Press)
