Hello Again Subverse, If you bring your friend with you it is no big deal.Lots of people join with a friend along.
The clinic has to follow the HIPPA Act just like all medical professions do.Since you are going to school to be in the medical field you know what HIPPA stands for. No Dr. no nurse no counselor can even admit you were there much less what for.
So your secret is safe there or at any other program or place.
Personally IF it was me going to med school, I would never admit it [just in case]
Better just to say you are a college student and leave it at that.Don't admit it to any patient -please= I have been on methadone 38 years and on about 9 different clinics in total during all that time.
Some patients find out something you say or over hear you talking to your friend -then they get jealous about you going to be in the medical field. One day they get mad at something stupid or just plain jealousy and they call up on you'

I do know some private Drs. that will detox you from their office.
They charge $50 a week plus medication. But you only have to go in 1 time a week then 1 time per 28 days til you are done detoxing.
Write back on how Par is and if it is too much $
