Hi Melee, In Tallahassee they have a Colonial Management Corporation clinic. They are good clinics all over the USA [almost]
No clinic will start anyone out the 1st day on over 40 mgs. MAybe less but not more.It all depends on what drug you are taking and how much you are taking.The doctor makes the call on it.
You can ask for and usually get an increase within the first few days.If you need it.
Clinics are very careful with all of the methadone related deaths. [Methadone mixed with other drug use] They will increase you so you will be comefortable.But they are careful.
Provided you have clean u/a and are compliant with the rules- seeing your counselor when they want you to- etc etc then you get your 1st takehome after 90 days then the next TH would be 30 days after that/ another one 30 days after that.
