Oh dear. Are you still getting this problem? Do you get any specific error messages? I'm sure you've tried different browsers. There is software such as Privoxy and Tor which disguises one's IP address and can be used to circumvent these sort of problems. I use it when btinternet are blocking Rapidshare and it always works.
