Posted by roland on 11/10/2007, 23:42:04 this reminds me too of another overpriced bio in the form of 'american girl. the tragic life and times of margaux hemingway' which sells for around the $500 mark and not because of any added extras like a DVD etc but because its out of print. sad too as its another that i think would have made an interesting read. would like to pinpoint the point (or points) at which it went wrong for miss hemingway. she seems another out of the orson welles school in that she startd at the top and worked her way down

had a look on the net after that last little post involving vanessa and turns out taschen have just released a beautufuly illustrated book on miss rio. book comes accompanied too with some stills and a 2 hour plus DVD. only trouble is the price. around $600 US dollars unfortunately so as much as i'd like to get my paws on it, i wont at that price
