Think of all the lovely scans you could get! The following are the rules you must go by or you will loose your membership: 1. 5 editorials per month is a minimum but if you want to scan a 100 you are welcomed! So if you apply, I will let you know if you are in and introduce you to other people in the group and send you instructions on how to set this thing up in your inbox. I think this could be amazing! I am starting a maling group for scanners called "Scans exchange", something like MODA is, but this group would be more focused on editorials than ads and covers, and focused more on edgier magazines and contemporary photographers. I have scanned about a hundred editorials that i havent seen around archived in websites and would distribute them in this way. I think alot more people would scan but they have no webspace to put it in, so a mailing list is a solution and all the people that would join it could use the images freely on their websites if they had one. We have lost so much in the past few months..bwgreyscale, supermodels.it and lots more and this could really work. Plus this list would serve also as a "scans exchange", to fill up all the missing pieces in people's collections and would also work on request. 2. your inbox must be of good size - hotmail is not a good choice!10mb at least!On some days we might be getting alot of scans and bouncing mail is something that would make our life complicated.
3. scans must be new, or should i say, still unscanned in the big archives on the net!
