Thank you! Yes, I have searched grants as well as grantmakers, hundreds of them...I have a Plus membership. But if I talk to someone at x or y foundation to confirm we fit the guidelines (geography, etc), they have pretty much all told me, "We wouldn't fund that." Even if they list capacity building as their types of support. Hence the frustration. Thanks for the response though....if you have any suggestions for where else I might look, or perhaps how to reframe the grant idea to be more "sexy" to foundations, that'd be much appreciated!
