I would love information regarding a grant to open a recovery home in my area. I live in central california. We are in desperate need of quality womens recovery homes in our area. SB1453 would be a great program for offenders coming out of prison, but there are not enough homes to go around. Any information would be appriciated. Melissa Jackson
