Man that song was out of place. I think it's called The Horses by Ricki Lee Jones (though there are a lot of covers - astoundingly). There is something about "freeing the beautiful bird trapped inside your heart" Maybe that bird is a Seagull. The Littlest Cowboy and Bad Company were the only eps that featured a slow/mo/song/montage type scene.
