hi colleen.. i live in ireland and we have less information on scoliosis than you, i think.. my son is 7 and has scoliosis since he was nine months old..the last time we talked to his doctor, he told us that he was keeping my son alive and he frighten the life out of us.. they reckon my son will have to have an operation when he is 10 or 11.. i'm not looking forward to it at all.. my son is young and doesn't understant it fully.. thank god for that.. take care. pauline
