Hi -
I'm 35 now and had a spinal fusion to treat my scoliosis when I was 14. I've recently realized that I'm about an inch and a half shorter than I was after my surgery, and started to realize that the changes I'd noted in my body may not be due to aging after all - could be spinal issues. Recent x-rays show that my curves have progressed 13 degrees. The doctors I've consulted aren't being all that helpful; it seems that if someone is "functioning normally," treatment isn't required. I'm not comfortable with that, and while I continue to look for options, I'd love to hear about other people's experiences.
Thanks....
