Dear Maria,
I was so sad to read your posting.
I know that scoliosis IS NOT a part of ms. Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine and ms is a neuromuscular disease. You didn't say what kind of Dr. you saw, but you should see an orthopedic that specializes in scoliosis.
You should also check into whether or not your employer acted whithin the law when he fired you. I believe the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT makes it illegal for a company to fire you for having a disability and scoliosis is a disability. You might check with the EEOC office where you live and ask them who to contact to check on this.
