I am seeing a neurosurgeon in two weeks because I had the harrington rods put in back in 1976. I'm now 40 years old with chronic back pain, chronic migraines and Fibromyalgia after I cracked a lower vertebrae in an accident. My curve was originally corrected to 30 degrees, but has now shifted back to 35 degrees. I take Tramadol for pain, but am frustrated by the limitations caused by pain and exhaustion tied to this. After seeing this new neurosurgeon, I will update everyone on what I hear!
