HI! i can relate to your daughter's situation! i am 15 years old and still cry when i have to get a shot! i am terrified of doctors, nurses, needles, hospitals, etc, etc, yet two months ago i went through the same surgery you are questioning. i did not want it at all when i found out i needed it, since i thougth it would stop me from cheerleading, which i loved. Now that the worst is over, im glad i did it. i would love to hear more about your situation and what you are going through as a parent.
