There was a few things I forgot to mention about surgery so here they are:
-During recovery I lost up to 20lbs and everyone thought I had a eating disorder. It got really annoying and really hurt my feelings because I heard it so much.
-During my stay at the hospital I started spotting (Period) the nurse said most people do after surgery I don't know what causes that.
-I also had a cathetor in and that was in til I could walk to the bathroom and sit on the toilet ofcourse I had to have help sitting down because it was low and it really hurt my thigh. They took the cathetor out on the 3rd or 4th day and it didn't hurt at all.
-After surgery they have a tube that gets the fluids out of your back and they took it out on the 3rd day and that kind of hurt, I ended up leaking over the bed a couple of times but the nurses helped me change sheets and my gown.
-One thing that got annoying real fast but they had to do it was draw blood! I probably had it done 5-6 times during my hospital stay.
-I had my iv's in my hands til midnight of the day I was leaving. It didn't hurt taking them out. They also stopped giving me morphine to and switched me to Vicodin which helped with pain very well.
-On the 3rd day they changed my bandages over my incision and oh did that hurt! They have to do it.
-14 days after surgery they had to take 2 stitches out, they used disolving stitches but to really close it up they had to use regular ones and that kind of hurt getting them taken out.
