I am 18 and I also have scoliosis, I have been debating on surgery as well. I have the same rib hump you do, and also have very little to no pain at all. It is just hard because you dont want people to notice your hump, but at the same time you dont want to get that horrific surgery and go through all of that pain. If you want to talk about it you can e-mail me, I would really like someone to talk to about scoliosis. I've never talked to someone else with the same problem as i do.
