I'm taking a 6-12 month sabbatical from work (as of June 2003) to recharge my spirit and focus on having fun and doing some serious sailing. Home is near San Francisco, CA and I'd like to find either extended leisure treks or *boat deliveries* where I can crew with an experienced skipper and 1-2 experienced crew. *LOOKING TO CREW ON A 40'+ BOAT FOR THIS YEAR'S BAJA-HA*. MY EXPERIENCE: I'm a member of the Olympic Circle Sailing Club (OCSC) and will be completing my Basic Keelboat certification in July.*Returned from Newport Beach to Alameda as 1 of 3 crew in June '03 delivering a new Hunter (reference available). *Returned from Cabo to Sausalito in January '02 as 1 of 3 crew delivering a Taswell 56 (reference available). *One TransPac from Hawaii under my belt, some SF Bay. *No problem taking the late watch, *can read radar and GPS *have some basic nav experience. I'm an *excellent onboard cook, *know provisioning, *CPR and *first aid. Reliable and easy-going, in my 40's, fit, get along w/just about everybody.
