North I am looking for a cruising Captain in need of a solid crew member South Pacific, Mexico, Central and South America, and the Mediterranean (I lived/worked in Torino, Italy, Parle Italiano) OR assist you in transporting vessels South or North. I will consider cold ports of call. I have 25 years sailing experience on the San Francisco Bay, Great Lakes and West Coastal, twice to Hawaii from Seattle, WA. (Kane'ohe, O'hau 19 and 21 day voyages). 28-day passage from Ko Lina Hawaii to Pt. Roberts, Washington May 22-June 19,2003. · Excellent navigator / helmsman DR- time, distance, speed, wind, current correction, GPS · I'm even tempered and self-confident, positive attitude makes me easy to get along with · Very strong mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude including fiberglass repair · I prefer experienced cruising couples but no heavy drinkers, anti-social behavior · I am not willing to share expenses NOR travel Expenses · Besides typical deckhand work including fore deck, I will help with cleaning, cooking, repairing and generally do more than my share and follow orders · While at distant ports, I can stay aboard and look after your vessel during your absence and handle any logistics · No criminal record (and plan to keep it that way!) · I don't do drugs For additional information; please contact me at the above address / email / phone number
