Organization for teens who want to cruise?

Is there an organization / website / group out there that helps teenagers / young adults get together who want to do some inter-continental sailing?
I imagine there'd be something like a charter group where youths can sign up for a trip, and one or two supervisors head the voyage. I imagine this might be kind of expensive, but let me know if you know if anything of this sort exists.
Looking to sail from USA - Europe late this summer.
