Worcester Cathedral is beautiful. It was extensively rebuilt in the 19th century and most of it was destroyed by the Parliamentarian Army during the Civil War in the 17th century. Worcester declared for the Royalists. Prince Arthur the eldest son of King Henry VII is buried in the Cathedral. One of the great 'What Ifs'. What if Arthur had lived and his younger brother Henry (Henry VIII) had simply lived his life as the Duke of York. How different would England (and Scotland) have been?
