The hearing was held in D.C. so the Sussexes aren't going to beg for a private jet to attend. This is going to drag out for a while. It's reported that the judge in this case is a Conservative judge, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything as to how the case will turn out.
Earlier today Jack Royston of Newsweek and some other liberal press were implying that with a Conservative judge, Harry will be deported after the "witch hunt". (another term I hate with a passion). It's very early and I can't jump to conclusions. I get the gut feeling that Harry's lawyers are nervous, this may not be a slam dunk for them or Harry.
