George I, for one. A couple of the Henrys in France come to mind, too.
The bottom line is that Beatrice and Eugenie seem to expect to be treated like "normal" people when it suits them, and then want to go off and party when they feel like it. Same thing with Chelsy. We can dismiss their behavior as "well, lots of people do that and they're behaving like typical people do," or "lots of people drink like that and party hard during the week and their bosses are accepting because it's part of the culture" or whatever (and, for the record, British friends of mine--born, raised, living in London at this very moment--don't behave like that. Why? Because, even in the UK, people need to be at work sober, feeling fit, and ready to do their job). Beatrice and Eugenie are not "normal" and along with that comes responsibility. And as far as I can see, they're not behaving responsibly.
